Batur sunrise and swim trek

Our Batur Summit & Swim adventure is a chance to experience the thrill of climbing an active volcano. Trek in the cool early morning darkness and take in stunning views of the crater lake at sunrise before swimming in natural hot spring pools and feasting on a well-earned brunch! This is a moderately challenging guided trek up to Sunrise Point on Mount Batur. It is a 1-2 hour ascent up the 5km slope, which can be done at a gentle pace. There is an optional 15-30 minute climb to the very top of the summit, though this isn't recommended for trekkers with vertigo. This adventure is suitable for the whole family and children are welcome to join. Please see below for more details of the trip itinerary. Drinking water, torches, walking sticks and waterproofs are provided, but please bring your own swimwear and sun protection. Insurance Policy Our insurance policy covers all participants aged 6-65 years. We require children to be accompanied by a responsible adult. We also suggest you check your own insurance policy to ensure that they cover this activity. TRIP ITINERARY: 01:00 AM - 02:00 AM - Pickup time from accommodation confirmed after booking. 03:00 AM - Arrive at Mount Batur and enjoy a light snack before ascending. 04:00 AM - Start the trek up Mount Batur (torches provided). 06:00 AM - Enjoy local Bali coffee while watching the sunrise and exploring Batur. 07:00 AM - Begin the descent back down the slopes. 08:30 AM - Soak in the natural hot spring pools by Lake Batur. 10:00 AM - Feast on a sumptuous brunch at The Amora restaurant. 11:00 AM - Transfer to your accommodation.
